Day 1
Arrival at Kathmandu
- Welcome at Kathmandu International airport by our representative, drop to hotel, Stay at Kathmandu.
Day 2
Kathmandu to Pokhara (210 KMS)
- After early breakfast at hotel be ready at Lobby by 6:30. Our car will pick up from hotel and drop to tourist Bus Park- Bus will start from tourist Bus Park by 7 AM Sharp. After 7 hours (Approx.) journey you will reach to Pokhara- On the way you will see panoramic views of Rivers, Hills, mountains and many more. After reaching to Pokhara Bus Park our car will pick and drop to designated hotel.
Day 3
Pokhara Sightseeing
- Please be ready at Lobby by 5:30 for Sunrise (timing may vary as per sunrise time). Our car will pick up and transfer to Place called Sarangkot for sunrise. Sarangkot is one of the best place to see the sunrise in the world. Along with sunrise you can see sun rays reflecting on mountains. After sunrise car will drop back to hotel around 7: 30 AM for breakfast. Soon After breakfast you can start your remaining sightseeing of Pokhara or if you are doing any activities (other than package like- paragliding, Ultra-light, Bungee, Jeep Flyer etc.) you can coordinate with local tour manager and postpone the sightseeing from afternoon time. Sightseeing of Pokhara includes Davis Fall, Guptshwor cave & Mountain Museum.
Day 4
Pokhara to Kathmandu to Nagarkot
- After early breakfast at hotel please be ready at Lobby by 7:00 AM. Our car will drop to tourist Bus Park. Bus will start from tourist bus park by 7:30 AM Sharp. After a journey of approx. 7 hours you will reach to Kathmandu Again. Our vehicle will pick up from tourist Bus Park and transfer to Nagarkot hotel - Approx 1.5 hours drive, Stay.
Day 5
Nagarkot to Kathmandu
- Enjoy early morning sunrise from hotel, Breakfast at hotel, Transfer to Kathmandu, Half day sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swyambh unath , Stay

Travel Requirements for Nepal Tour:
Kindly ensure you carry the following documents for a smooth and hassle-free journey:

c) In case the mentioned hotels are unavailable on the selected dates, similar category accommodations will be provided.
d) The vehicle will operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and will not be available for personal use beyond the scheduled program.
e) Standard hotel check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
f) Activity timings are subject to change due to weather conditions, seasonal variations, and local circumstances.
g) Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, or special events. Additional surcharges may apply.
h) Holiday rates are not applicable during blackout periods such as Durga Puja, Eid, New Year, Christmas, or long weekends.
i) The above rates are applicable for a minimum of 02 adults traveling together.
j) Due to unforeseen circumstances, slight changes to the itinerary may be necessary. Guests are kindly requested to cooperate.
k) Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the respective hotel/resort during their stay.
l) Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, same-floor rooms, or rooms located nearby are strictly subject to availability.
m) Maximum waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes from flight arrival. Delays beyond this may incur additional charges.
n) We shall not be held legally liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly during the tour.
o) Coverage of all mentioned sightseeing locations is subject to time availability and weather conditions.
p) Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents, including accommodation vouchers, passport, valid ID, and flight tickets.
q) Guests are requested to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time: 05 minutes (SIC) and 10 minutes (Private).
r) Guests are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
a) To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨.𝐟𝐥𝐲𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐝@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 mentioning the tour booking ID and details about the cancellation.
b) Travelers are responsible for notifying FLYOVERBD of any cancellations as soon as possible.
c) The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to FLYOVERBD's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.
d) The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
e) In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, FLYOVERBD may offer alternative dates for the tour.
f) If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a refund as per policy.
g) This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.
h) Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
i) This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.
j) This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
k) Once the air tickets are issued, the total holiday package will be fully non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
a) 60% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Thirty-Five (30) days before the beginning of the tour.
b) Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Thirty (30) days before the beginning of the tour.
c) Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
All refunds will be processed within five (15) working days.
While in Nepal
SIM Card:
Travelers are advised to purchase a local SIM card upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport for smooth communication. SIM cards are available at a minimal cost.
